Upon clicking "Play Now," I see only a black screen pop up. I've read the FAQ and tried disabling non-Steam overlays (Raptr and Evolve), as suggested there, to no avail.

Here is the log file: http://pastebin.com/YbietFGm

Any further suggestions?

It's not possible to not like Zelda.

What version of Java do you have?

Version 7, update 45 (build 1.7.0_45-b18)

This line here is quite suspicious:

ERROR>java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: C:\Users\keato_000\AppData\Roaming\8BitMMO\Clients\2f4a8472\SteamGlue.dll: Can't find dependent libraries

First, I'd check that C:\Users\keato_000\AppData\Roaming\8BitMMO\Clients\2f4a8472\SteamGlue.dll exists, along with C:\Users\keato_000\AppData\Roaming\8BitMMO\Clients\2f4a8472\steam_api.dll

Also, try temporarily disabling any A/V.  If you have ContentWatch, uninstall it.

Both of the files you have indicated do exist. I do not have ContentWatch installed. Could you specify what you mean by A/V?

The game appears to be working now, even with my other overlays and antivirus running. I haven't changed anything on this end, so I'll chalk it up to temporary malfunction. Thanks for the assistance.

That's great news, although I wish I knew what the cause of this is, heh
